I had to put it in a txt due to formatting issues in this editor. Replace that function with the attached text. Search for the function "ObjInlineAddParm" Open "trivantis-inline.js" with a text editor.
I recommend backing up this folder before making any changes. Open your "C:Program Files (x86)TrivantisLectora InspireSupport Files" folder. I believe there are similar functions for the video player as well. In my case the modification applies to the audio player. It involves editing your Lectora "Support Files".

I would like to add how to publish this way and avoid the post-publishing headache.
It's extremely unfortunate that there's this really nice feature by Trivantis, but why it should be on automatically is just simply bad planning/execution by Trivantis. I really thought Trivantis just didn't want to help me when they told me it couldn't be set to OFF. You can try using an external videoplayer that allows for more flexibility.
Unfortunately, due to the way Lectora embeds it, there is no straighforward way to access and configure it on the fly.

JWPlayer is a great piece of software and it allows to control almost anything with JavaScript calls. Maybe Lectora uses an older version of JWPlayer. Why it's ON by default in this case, I don't know. This is really strange, because JWPlayer (the actual player software that Lectora uses) defaults to OFF unless you specifically set it to on. I gave it a try yesterday (good couple of hours), but I couldn't force Lectora's video player to default to OFF.
